Regional Sales Manager
Jakarta Raya - Nation Wide Location

Responsibilities:
a N To deliver regional sales and profit targets aligned with the corporate strategy.
a N To manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan aligned to brand strategies through the distribution network.
a N Deliver promotional targets to regional distributors and directly monitor implementation, compliance and results. Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to GM and TMM highlighting KSF and problems (key learnings).
a N Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors.
a N Maintain consistent daily contact with, and reporting from, direct field sales reports.
a N Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors (e.g. RD direct management service for Top 100 customers).
a N Help develop strong organizational capability for handling modern trade (category-, account-, shelf-management, service levels in stock and supply) which promotes our customers view and use of us as trade and category experts.
a N Survey regional distributor area coverage planning to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements (e.g. additional management, manpower, skill training, depot, armada, computer system, coverage technique, routine routing) and oversee plan realization.
a N Socialize sales strategies, tactics, objectives and selling approaches to the regional distributorsa � sales teams and direct sales reports.
a N Continuously develop the technical competence of the sales organization aligned with theprinciple to deploy a �best practicea t. Develop new business approaches dan introduce technologies that help improve sales effectiveness, efficiency and build competitive advantage.
a N Offer a sales perspective in evaluation and recommendations of new products launches and re-stages.
In cooperation with GM Sales, set new product launches distribution targets/timetables aligned with marketing objectives. Manage performance achievement and implement timely corrective action plans as required.
a N To assist the down-line communication of information and facts, the development of fact-based presentations that help salespeople be more persuasive and build customer value.
a N Communicate merchandising guidelines dan requirements for the traditional and modern
market to distributor sales team and direct reports.
a N To regularly review existing sales support information systems / programs and recommend changes which promote the growth of sales information.
a N To assess sales personnel, identify skill deficiencies; assist in developing a coordinated training program.
a N Establish systematic collection of material which will help build a database of competitive activities and information.

Requirements:
a N Male, with age range from 35 a � low 40a �s
a N University commerce degree required (MBA preferred) with minimum GPA 2.75
a N Minimum 6 years in sales with at least 3 years as senior region/area manager or branch manager or from trade marketing management position.
a N Proven track record of achievements and contribution, as shown in annual performance evaluations/ references.
a N Good Motivational leadership, Time Management /planning/organization, Customer/service oriented, Analysis and problem solving, Interpersonal effectiveness
a N Strong area knowledge, Merchandising, a �best retailing practicea �, Good Performance Management, Good Verbal and written Presentation Skills
a N Strong in written and spoken English
a N Knowledge of local dialect and/or Chinese an advantage.
