Management Trainee ( MT ) for Agriculture and Plant Protection

Responsibilities:
a N This is a 1 year Management Trainee ( MT ) Program that will be fulfill Sales Executive ( SE ) for N Plantation in sales function after MT completing the program with great performance result.
a N Management Trainee Program is develop as a Strategic Talent Management to fulfill organization with internal resources for mid term people resource that fit organization culture and long term career planning program.

Requirements:
a N Male or Female, maximum 26 years old.
a N Willing to be relocated all around Indonesia and travel heavily.
a N Minimum Bachelor degree from Agriculture and Plant Protection from IPB, Unpad, Unsoed, and other Universities majoring in Agriculture.
a N Fresh Graduate majoring in Agriculture are welcome to apply ( Preferable ).
a N Having experience in Campus Organization and Campus Activity.
a N Having experience handle campus event during college time.
a N Maximum 1 - 2 years working experience.
a N Have a passion in Sales dan Marketing in Agriculture and Plant Protection.
a N Good communication skills and presentations skills.
a N Good computer proficiency ( MS Office ) and fluent in english.
a N Hard worker and able to work in team
a N Have A Driving Licence.
a N High initiative and proactive.
a N Fast learner.
