Human Resource Supervisor

Responsibilities:
a N Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
a N Identify training and development opportunities
a N Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
a N Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
a N Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
a N Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
a N Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
a N Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards and Fair Practice Act.
a N Organize the transitional provisions of employee compensation, pay and benefits when positions are transferred or new positions are funded through contribution agreements and other special funding arrangements.
a N Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:
a N Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor #39;s Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics.
a N At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a N Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources.
a N Have a SAP HR Module knowledge
a N Full-Time position(s) available.
