Human Resources Officer
Based in Jakarta, Indonesia
SNV is currently establishing a presence in Indonesia. Using market based approaches, SNV is committed to reducing poverty by catalyzing environmentally sustainable solutions for the poor in agriculture, energy, water dan sanitation and climate change.
We are now seeking for highly qualified national candidate to fill in the position of Human Resources Officer, who will coordinate and execute all HR activities within the country program in Indonesia.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop country Human Resources (HR) manualAs a member of country management team provide inputs to country business planning and monitoringSupport and advise management team on HRM policies, legal issues, organizational change and personnel mattersN Support and advise Country Director and Line Managers on staff planning based on business requirements and project contracts and management agreementsCoordinate recruitment and selection activities as per country HR planning and staffing needs to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with highly qualified staffBuild and enhance relationships on country level with relevant parties such as recruitment agencies, health institutes, labor departments, etc.Support and advise Line Managers on performance management and coordinate annual performance appraisal processesImplement, communicate and advise staff on compensation and benefits policiesIdentify development needs of teams/individuals and prepare and implement annual training plan based on HRD policy and available training budgetDevelop and implement the health dan safety workplace policies in the country based on corporate guidelines.Ensure timely HR data collection and update
Candidate profileStrong experience in HR and full understanding of the core processesAt least 5 years of relevant practical experience at international organisationsAbility to represent SNV Indonesia on country level for HR mattersInitiative and creativity in solving problems; ability to work well under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa)Demonstrated and proven record to work in a multidisciplinary team under changeable and complex circumstancesUniversity degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related fieldIndonesian citizen
Contract Duration: SNV Indonesia offers a one-year contract with the possibility of extension and a competitive salary package.
