1. ME Officer a � READI
The Monitoring and Evaluation (MdanE) Officeris responsiblefor overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of the program, including development of MdanE tools and plans, beneficiary and indicator tracking, data compilation and participatory analysis, contribution to reports and preparation of communication materials.N The successful candidate will have a well-developed ability to conceptualize, plan and implement program activities creatively, as well as the ability to analyze data and utilize lessons learned for the continuous improvement of program implementation and promote a culture of learning.N

Qualifications:3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation;Good Englishin both verbal and written is desirable;Excellent computers skills absolutely required (MS Office, Word, Excell, Power Point, Access, Outlook);Experience in an international NGO is advantageous.N 2. Program Assistant a � READI
The Program Assistant will assist Program Officer. She/he will be in charge for Administration and Program tasks in community,with all activities of READI Programinimal West Sumatra, Bengkulu, Meulaboh, Nias and Mentawai.
She/he will ensure consistently high quality activityto the community.

Qualifications:Experienced with Administrative dan Program works;Good Englishin both verbal and written is desirable;Excellent computers skills absolutely required ;Prior experience in an international NGO is advantageous.N The above positions will be as temporary staff for 6 months.
