Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, with GPA minimal 3.00 out of 4.00
* Male, Maximum age 26 years old.
* Having at least 1 (one) year experience in training and people productivity or parallel function in manufacturing industry is advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
* Sharp, analytic and good communication skill are preferable
* Conversant with training need analysis and competency based human resource management
* Detail oriented, dynamic and highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
* Proficiency with Window-based computer software, including database dan HR System
