Syariah MIS And Reporting Head
(Code : SHARIA 122-5)

Responsibilities:
a Provide comprehensive and in-depth analytics of Syariah regular dan ad hoc financial report
a Continuously improving standard report
a Ensuring to meet the financial indicators as per budget
a Monitor key financial indicators are align with short term and long term plan
a Implementing an effective budget management
a Coordinate annual planning and budgeting process for Syariah
a Monitoring the implementation of Syariah business plan

Requirements:
a Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any background
a Work experience of at least 3 years in the area of MIS
a Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
a Having competency in programming, MS Access or Macro
a Good knowledge in Islamic Banking (Syariah Banking)
a High analytical, conceptual, and people management skill
a Having strong communication skills and a team player
a Demonstrate good command in English, both verbal and written

Operational Excellence Team Leader
(Code : TSMG122-2)

Responsibilities:
a Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to projects assigned
a Lead process improvement
a Manage and develop team members
a Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.

Requirements:
a Education minimal Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
a Work experience minimal 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement role/environment in Bankingor other FinancialInstitutions
a Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
a Good knowledge and experience in Six Sigma/Lean
a Having Black/Green Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
a Strong analytical and problem solving skill
a Good communication skill and a team player.
