SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* The Sales Managera �s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
* To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales dan Marketing on all matters.
* The performance of the Sales Manager will be determined solely by the productivities of the corporate section as well as the overall results of the hotel

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): good relationship with travel agent, good negotiations skill, good sales knowledge.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuta - Badung.
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
* Domicile in Denpasar Bali

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:
Organizesand directs a team which allows him or her to supervise all revenue and expenses, as well as all hotel inventories. His or her mission shall be principally to keep the hotel account and to ensure the administrative management of the personnel.
Performs his functions within the framework defined by the norms of the hotel and by internal regulations

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuta - Badung.
* Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
