Cost Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:
a Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand by customer type
a Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward
a Prepare collateral reporting
a Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving, shipping, and other.
a Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories
a Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls
a Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division
a Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability
a Work in special projects as required
a Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others
a Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management

Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
a Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
a At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang Bekasi.
a Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
a Full-Time position(s) available.
