Geotechnical Team Leader

Responsibilities:
a N To lead the team of support geologists in the TDS Balikpapan Office, and develop their capabilities.
a N To provide geological input to all the Indonesian Mine Master Plans.
a N To participate in regular mine operation reviews dan review/comment on geological data dan models.
a N To provide geological support to mine sites, as required, with data collection and modeling.
a N To provide input to geological software selection dan geological SOPs.
a N To provide support to Indonesian projects dan BD as required.
a N To participate in annual audit of Indonesian coal resources dan reserves.

Requirements:
a N Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor #39;s Degree, Geology Engineering
a N At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Mining or Consultan #39;s Mining company as Geotechnical minimal as Dept Head level is a must
a N Depth Knowledge about Geologist application is required
a N Actively spoken and written in English language
a N Good communication skill is a must
a N Willingly to travel from site to site intensively
a N For placement at Balikpapan Office
