1. Mitsui dan Co Ltd 75% 2. PT Mitsui Indonesia 15% 3. Yamaha Motor Co Ltd 7% 4. PT Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia 3%

Assistant Manager Compensation dan Benefit Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll process and analyze everything related to compensation dan benefits Coordinate and ensure all activities related to the administration of employee Benefit, Payroll, Tax PPH 21, and reporting goes well.
Requirements:
Male / Femaleage maksimal 33 years minimal 3 years experience in Insurance, Payroll, HR-IS, Compensation dan Benefits as a Supervisor, preferably from similar industry (finance) / 1 years experience as Asst Manager. minimal Education S1 Accounting with minimal GPA 3.00 (scale of 4) Strong communication and good leadership and able to work in a team or individually. Have a high motivation, systematic, honest and trustworthy, dynamic, flexible, and able to build and maintain a good relationship with any party. Know about Job Evaluation, salary structure dan tax return Understanding and control of employee compensation dan benefits Understand and master tax (PPh 21) Have good analytical, detail oriented
