Requirements:N a minimal Education S1 in Law Management, Psychology or administrationa Having experiences as HR Manager minimal 3 yearsa Age minimum 35 years old, mature and professional attitudea Depth knowledge in Labor Law and Industrial relation (UU 13/2003)a Experienced in HR Generalist Personnel Administration, Payroll dan Comben, Jamsostek, Pph21, Performance Management Training, etc)a Experienced in GA matters ( Security, Driver, Office Boy, License, Permits, General Supply danN Consumable,etc)a Having positive mind and able to establish and maintain healthy positive working relationships with people in course of worka Fluent in English (oral dan written)a Direct, Strong, Detail, organized, good interpersonal skill and having a a �Service Experience attitudea Willing be placed in Batam
