SENIOR ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:
a N To handle of architectural function from concept design to construction stage.
a N To fulfill excellent design and able to communicate with project team and clients to achieve the project target.
a N To assist tendering process.
a N Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers at various stages of the project.

Requirements:
a N Candidates must possess at least a Bachelora �s Degree in Architecture study program from reputable university.
a N Having at least 5 years of proven experience in reputable developer company or architectural consulting firm as Senior Architect, especially in high rise building development.
a N Good comprehension of technical drawing and mastering in architectural computer application; e.g.N a N a N a N AutoCAD (2D dan 3D), corel draw and adobe photoshop.
a N Age minimal 32 years old.

SENIOR STRUCTURE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
a N To ensure the optimal building structure design system, including checking and giving approval on the shop drawing proposal from consultants.
a N To assist tendering process.
a N Executing structure Quality Control in the field of project, to guide and evaluating project development.
a N Reporting directly to Engineering Manager.

Requirements:
a N Candidates must possess at least a Bachelora �s Degree in Civil Engineering study program from reputable university.
a N Having at least 3 years of proven experience as Senior Structure Engineer in reputable developer company or building consulting firm, especially in high rise building development.
a N Having deep understanding of Indonesian structural design code.
a N Good comprehension of technical drawing and mastering in engineering computer application; e.g.N a N AutoCAD (2D dan 3D), corel draw and SAP.
a N Good communication skill, adaptive and able to work under pressure.
