Requirements:To review all payment transactions and staff reconciliation to ensure all payment will be made according to approved budget.To ensure proper budget will be assigned at all time of all payment.To responsible andmanage cash and banking transaction properly. This includes responsible for cash/cheque deposit, payment system such as cheque payment to staff and suppliers, bank transfer and office petty cash systemTo ensure completeness of payment transactions will be provided to Accountant for MYOBdata uploading.To prepare necessary financial report to support smooth operations, i.e. Bank status,To ensure sufficient cash to support the payments.
Competencies:Proficient in computer applicationsN Excellent interpersonal skillsSensitive approach to animal welfare issues Ability to work in multi-cultural environment and good team working Fluent in English is a plus andBahasa Indonesia
