1. TENANT RELATION (TR)

Qualifications:
a Male, 23-30 years old
a minimal D3 Major in management
a minimal 3 years experiences in Customer Service
a Good English and also mandarin/Japanese, communication both written and speaking
a Having driving license A or C, also can operate Microsoft Office

Duties / Responsibilities:
a To Perform excellent service to tenants feedback, complaint, ad-hoc and maintenance request
a To ensure all BIP Visitors
a To coordinate, with internal division, to solve tenants request or problems
a To ensure daily CSD operation

2. EXECUTIVE FIRE SAFETY ( EFS)

Qualifications:

a minimal Diploma Degree having knowledge In Fire Fighting
a Having k3 Certificate
a B Valid Driving License
a Age 28-35 years old, height: 170cm
a Capable In English and also Microsoft Office
a Good personality end Leadership

Duties / Responsibillities:
a To ensure efficient operations of fire station

3. LEGAL OFFICER

Qualifications:

a Degree from Law
a Male maksimal 28 years old
a Having experience In the same field minimal 1 year
a Having experience In legal document and maintain file legal document
a Good Negotiation skills

Duties/Responsibilities:
a Draft and review business agreement
a maintain file legal document

4. MECHANIC MAINTENANCE (MW)

Qualification:
a Fresh Graduate from SMK Teknik Otomatif
a Understand basic otomotive and maintain

Duties / Resposibilities:
a To maintain and fix diesel generator set
a To maintain and fix compresor

5. FIRE SAFETY (FS)

Qualification:
a minimal SMU/SMK
a Male, 20-28 years old
a Able to speak english, minimal Pasif
a Driving License B
a Height minimal 170 cm

Duties / Responsibilities:
a Fire Fighting
a Inspection of fire equipment
a Handled, maintain end driving fire truck

6. ELECTRICIAN (EP)

Qualification :
a minimal SMK Listrik
a minimal 2 years experience at power plant

Duties/ Responsibilities:
a Operating transmision serta distribution tenaga listrik
a Inspection and maintain generator, transformator, DC system, relay proteksi, switchgear and power cable
a Troubleshooting generator and transmision and distribution electrical energy
a Reading instrument
