Organization Development Officer

Responsibilities:

Ensuring Annual Training Plan and Budget (ATPB) run asd ?
Completing documentation for training
Arranging sharing knowledge activity
Preparing competencies development programme
Updating SOP and policy
Maintaining organization development documentation
Maintaining HRIS development for people and organization development
Handling performance appraisal

Requirements:

minimal Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Human Resource or relevant
minimal 1 year experience in similar position
Good in English both spoken and written
Abe to work in team as well as independently
Detail oriented dan well organized
Proactive
Computer literate
