Holds minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree
Excellent communication skill, ability to converse with people from different background.

Experience in brand development, especially for retail industries, will be an advancate
Has experience in developing and implementing communication strategy
Has experience in managing promotion events, especially below-the-line
Has experience in customer research and data gathering
Excellent teamwork
