It owns and operates in Central Kalimantan with substantial verified mineable surface coal reserves. , is seeking for suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

GENERAL MANAGER CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE (GMCM)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 50 years.
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable University.
a Experience at least 5 years on Hauling Road Construction and Maintenance
a Understood for all weather Road Mining Industries
a Strong Leadership, Good Interpersonal and organization skills , Highly motivated, able to work in a team.
a Willing to be located at Site.

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR(LG)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 30 years.
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
a Experience at least 2 years on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
a Highly motivated, able to work in a team.
a Willing to be located at Site.

SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 40 years.
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
a Understands relevant Indonesian SHE standards.
a Experience at least 2 years in HSE on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
a Have a minimum POP License for Superintendent, for Supervisor and officer POP Are preferable.
a Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
a Willing to be located at Site.

HR dan GA SUPERVISOR (HRGA)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 40 years.
a minimal Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university.
a minimal 2 years experiences at the same level.
a Know well and understanding of HR dan GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation,

Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Adminimal Personnel, Compensation dan benefit.
a Strong leadership, highly motivated, time management, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
a Willing to be located at Site.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 40 years
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
a Minimum 2 Years site experience as Coal Quality Control.
a Able to operating software Minescape.
a Experience in handling Coal Quality Management dan Laboratorium.
a High Level of initiative and results oriented.
a Willing to be located at Site.

MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (MC)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 40 years.
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
a Experience at least 2 years in Mechanical (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
a Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
a Willing to be located at Site.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (EC)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 40 years.
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
a Experience at least 2 years in Electrical (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
a Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
a Willing to be located at Site.

BARGING SUPERVISOR (BG)

Qualifications:
a Male, maksimal 40 years.
a Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
a Experience at least 3 years in Shipping and Barging (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
a Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
a Willing to be located at Site.
