Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible to create and develop menu, furthermore may train the production department in Business Unit.
Requirements:
Graduated from D2 / D3 Food Production Academy
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as Sous Chef
Male / Female maksimal 30 years old
Having knowledge in European / Asian menu, understanding costing menu
Good in English (either spoken and written) and posses a good computer skills
Willing to be placed around Indonesia
