Purchasing and Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:
N N N a Follow Up Purchasing and PO
N N N a Follow Up Importation
N N N a Follow Up Buyer and import staff activities
N N N a Price Negotiation
N N N a Maintain Contracts and ISO document
N N N a Coordination between buyers and users
N N N a Coordination between Import section, Purchasing, Planning and WarehouseManage and lead a team of planners and store supervisor
N N N a Analyses materials requirement and initiate purchase requirement
N N N a Perform capacity planning and production scheduling
N N N a Manage store based on FIFO requirement
N N N a Manage and prioritize customers orders
N N N a Liaise with customers on build plan and shipment schedule
N N N a Coordinate new product rdan plan
N N N a Provide factory wide shipment-to-plan dan inventory reporting
N N N a Coordinate factory inventory audit
N N N a Perform MPS planning
N N N a Execute ERP planning tools
N N N a Develop, implement and ensure compliance of operating procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 chemical substance control, and green manufacturing programs.
N N N a Provide training and development for Planner, Assistant Planner, and Store Supervisor
N N N a Analyses product costing factory vs actual sales
N N N a Conduct monthly Inventory
N N N a Prepare for monthly sales projection
N N N a Perform on time delivery to customer
N N N a Perform logistic and freight forwarder planning
N N N a Responsible for timely purchase and inventory control
N N N a Responsible to manage import documents and related matter

Requirements:
N N N a Willing to be placed in Batam
N N N a Having BEA CUKAI Certification is high advantage
N N N a Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor #39;s Degree, Master #39;s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
N N N a Required language(s): English
N N N a At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
N N N a Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material dan Warehouse Management or equivalent.
N N N a Full-Time position(s) available.
