Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our customers, either external customer or internal customerPerform dan respond the inquiry from the customers by phone and direct interaction professionallyCollect and compile feedback and input from customers.Handle complaints with positive response for all our customers intent to turn them into our loyal customer.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years experience as reception / CS.English language both oral dan writtenDegree minimum SMU/SMK/D1Familiar with MS Office (Excell, MS Words, surat elektronik [surel/email], ect)Good attitude dan have good communication skillPlaced at Jimbaran - Bali.
