LEGAL dan COMPLIANCE - MANAGER
Responsibilities:
To ensure company compliances to the law dan regulation, provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contractConduct, preparing, provide all requirements, and submit the application to obtain corporate licenses from any governmental agencies;To represent company and/or management in related legal mattersPreparing and processing corporate documents from drafting until the finalization of the documents, like Circular Resolution of the Shareholders, Amendment of Article of Association, Annual General Meeting of The ShareholdersReview and provide legal documents required by the company, including in tender contract/agreementLiaise with relevant departments in identifying legal risk and advise/take appropriate legal action
Requirements:
At least bachelor degree from LawMinimum 5 years working experienceFluent in EnglishStrong personality, good attention to details and good analytical thinkingHas experience to handle manufacture legal documentsWilling to work hard, under pressure, either as a team work or independentlyHas experience in Automobile Company.
