CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming dan outgoing calls on feedback and enquiries.Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing dan forwarding requests.Sells or introduce the products dan also give services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell account, explaining new features of OLT program.Maintains call center database by entering information (Incoming dan Outgoing Calls) .Coordinate with Unit Head for distribution database dan feedback report by area.Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions of OLT program / features to internal dan external.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:
Have an experience about OLT Products (if any)Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Good in Customer Focus, Customer Service and Data Entry SkillsHaving good Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Build Relationships internal dan external, People SkillsProblem Solving, Multi-tasking person
