Transparency International Indonesia is an anti corruption non-governmental organization.

TI-Indonesia focus on systemic approach to fight corruption by developing and introducing tools and instrument to prevent corruption, research and analysis, and strengthening civil society.

Under the program a �Good Governance and Anti Corruptiona t, TI-Indonesia is seeks to recruit a dynamic professional as a program officer to be based in Jakarta (1 Year).

Within this program, TI-Indonesia Economic Governance DepartmentN focuses their activities in good corporate governance, collective action ofN private sector in combating corruption, and various anti corruption research.

*Responsibilities* 1. Program Management 2. Writing Term of Reference 3. Developing
research design and instrument 4. Writing research report 5. Managing discussion, seminar and workshop 6. Developing networking with other researcher community 7. Communication with stakeholders (private sector, government body, and NGOa �s) *Qualification*

* Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Economic Management/Development or equivalent * Preferable having experiences in research (proven by research previously conducted) * Strong communication and analytical skill * English fluency is a must * Computer literate * Good writing skill * Excellent data skills and familiarity with statistical methods and standard econometric software packages Please fulfill the form application and send it no late than Monday, 20 May 2013
