JAKARTA

Monitoring and Learning Management Officer The Monitoring and Learning Management Officer will be responsible to design the monitoring tools that will be applied by the partners and fulfill with the Prudential standard and requirement. He/she will be responsible for designing the profile database of the program beneficiaries and ensuring provision of updates on program achievements and program beneficiaries profile which follow the requirement. He/she will be responsible for planning the learning process, developing learning tools, and ensuring that the learning documents can be released as per schedule.

Qualifications:At least three years working in a professional setting and at least three yearsa � experience with monitoring and evaluation. Specific related to financial literacy program is advantageous;Prior experience in a communications field minimum 3 years;Computers skills with strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems are required.
