EVENT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
Able to plan, co-ordinate, monitor and implement all events.To facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events.Create in conceptualization and preparation of event proposals.Conducts post-event evaluation dan event planners.Search the potential clients and persuade them to purchase event space in the newspapers and magazinesPrepare and deliver sales presentation to customers in order to sell new event concept in the products
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from any major preferred from marketing and communication.Candidate with 3 to 5 years related experience in the digital, media or advertising industry is essential.Experience in events organizing and sales would be an added advantage.High level of initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment is crucial and must be detailed oriented.Positive work attitude and committed team player.Flexible, able to multi-task, work under pressure, long working hours and short deadlines.Must be prepared to travel as necessary to attend events.Proficient in MS Office applications.
