IT SUPPORT (ITS)
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, security setting and administrator Windows Server 2008 R2 / Windows 7 / LinuxSupport, maintain, troubleshoot and monitor network equipment (switch, router, access point, etc.)Support, maintain, troubleshoot and monitor employee's IT related facilities (PC, laptop, printer, etc.)Maintain IT incident request, progress, solution and knowledge based in Service DeskCreate IT Operations progress and monitoring reports
Requirements:
S1 degree in technology / computer science.3 years of experienced in related fieldStrong knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, network topologies and networking components including routers, switches and firewalls (hardware/software).Experience managing LAN and WAN environments.Having knowledge of Ms Office, Visual Basic or any Programming Languages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP would be an advantageGood communication and interpersonal skills.Good English communication skills.Strong documentation skills.Fast learner and able to work in a team also to give best customer service to other function.Highly self motivated.Team-oriented.Full-Time position available.
