IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Provide support relating to hardware (notebooks, desktops, printers), O/S dan telecommunicationSupport for network dan security devices installationManage IT assets dan administration

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Experience in supporting Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2010, Networking dan PABX SystemGood understanding of DNS, DHCP, router, and networking.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with end-user using verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill.Should be able to work independently and as team playerPreferably Staff (non-management dan non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Adminimal or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
