IT SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
Maintain Network/Computer Systems on Head Office Area runs smoothly and provide technical support or advice to computer users.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and others related IT system.Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgradesResponding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.Repairing equipment and replacing partsManaging stocks of equipment, consumables and other IT supplies.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.Have good knowledge on computer hardware, networking, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Posess Analythical Thinking Skill, time management skill, communicative, and capable of working well under pressure.
