Responsibilities:
Day to day HR duties monitoring into HRMS dan Payroll SystemResponsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling
Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications :
Expert knowledge(strong in HRMS dan Payroll System) at least 3 years as a HR Manager in Multi-International firm or well-known local EPC companiesNetwork with high level personnel in clients such global companies or government authoritiesGoal-oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, often while juggling several job at onceBachelor degree in related HR background with minimum GPA 3.00Membership in a professional HR organization
General Requirements :
Male and solid public personality and ability to confidently represent the companyGood in making reports / administration data for HR matterA must have strong communication, good skills in English, including Oral and Written
