CALL CENTER

Requirements:
Age around 20-35 years old.Minimum D3 degree in any major.Preferably have experience as call center/ telesales in banking/ online shopping/ insurance/ logistic at least 1 year but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.High level of motivation,competitive and result driven.Basic computer knowledge (able to operate MS Office such as MS Word and MS Excel)/ Ability to conversate in English.Nice tone of voice / friendly.Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors. The person should also know what to write while utilizing web communication, be able to quickly recognize signals of a disgruntled customer and be able to respond without getting angry.Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.Willing to work on shift
