In the past 40 years, AIG Indonesia has expanded its presence in Indonesia providing distinctive insurance products, services and innovative risk management solutions.

AIG Indonesia provides policies for personal accidents, travel accidents, automobile, property, marine and Finance/financial liability coverage to both corporate and individual customers.

IT OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:
Provide Systems Operation ServicesMonitor Computer Operations and Production ControlPlan and organize data processing requirements for new systemDevelop and enrich operational policies and procedures for effective running of data processingResponsible for the day-to-day running of IT Operation MatterPlans and manages the IT Operations resourcesEnsures SLA delivery in IT OperationsManage the IT Operations Department that comprises of Computer Operations, Production ControlSupervise, operate and deliver the daily data processing services across all platforms for all Lines of businesses and satisfy committed service level.Plan, organize and monitor the introduction of new systems/applications data processing requirements; liaise with Application dan Infrastructure Support Group (and users if needed) to ensure timetables, actions and responsibilities are designated and completed as required.Represent IT Operation and liaise with auditors, compliance team, and Organizational Risk Management team.Mobilize necessary resources to align with corporate directives.Assist Head of IT on ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
At least bachelor degree from reputable universities majoring in Information Systems, Information Technology, IT Risk Management, Information Security.Have minimum 5 years experience in the same position as IT Operations, IT Risk Management for Banking/Financial Services industryWorking knowledge of and experience in the IT operations is desirableProven experience in implementing, monitoring, and documenting production controlStrong attention to detail and follow through skillsExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbility to perform with minimal supervisionAbility to work collaboratively with a broad range of constituencies is essentialA demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people is desiredKnowledge in General Insurance systems is a definite advantages
