Administration Officer

Job Description :Input data and filing documents of existing scholarship recipients.Assisting in scholarship recipientsa � selection process from end to end (accepting documents, sorting, input data, coordinating psycho test and interview, preparing scholarship agreement).Preparing scholarship payment data for the finance department.Helping the administration process of the scholarship recipients.Helping to monitor the academic performance of the scholarship recipients.Maintain good communication with the scholarship recipients and universities to ensure that the administration proses runs smoothly.Preparing detailed data and statistics of scholarship recipients for internal reporting and for other departments.Such other duties reasonably assigned by the Supervisor or TF ManagementRequirements :Strong in administrationGood communication skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionBachelor degree in Administration or other relevant major.At the minimum 3 years of experience in administration.Understand the nature of how foundation works, or how philanthropy or community development works.Good mastery of windows application (words, excel and powerpoint)Should you meet the above requirements, please surat elektronik [surel/email] your comprehensive resume and recent photograph to: dhitaeka_priyanti--at--rgei.com.
