Anticipating the future research opportunity, IRGSC is looking for a free lance researcher with a strong background in economic development (development economist) to be part of the team for Unit Cost and Expenditure Analysis for Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Development in NTT. The research is to study the incentive structures of a holistic integrative early childhood development (HIECD). The incentive structures include understanding the unit cost and expenditure analysis of HIECD as outlined in the National Strategy of HIECD 2008.

Some of the tasks include: To help the team leader to produce and analyse quantitative data concerning public (local and national transfers) and a �privatea � (e.g. local communities, I/NGOs, CSR etc.a �) expenditure or investment on HIECD in Sikka

Qualification:
Post graduate in development economists, statistical economics. Bachelor in economic development with substantial experience will be considered. [Open only for Indonesian national]
