Qualification:
a Woman maksimal 35 years old.
a minimal Bachelor degree in Psychology, Economy or Law
a 3 years experiences at the same level in mining companies.
a Capable to implement HR strategies to optimize the utilization of HR in the Company.
a Good knowledge at labor regulation
a Experience in implementing recruitment process in Human Resources
a Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
a Based in East Kalimantan.
