PERSONNEL MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Manage end to end HR Operation within the unit.Manage and lead HR Administration team.Be the strategic partner/ HR consultant to the business units.Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.Ensure the HR services and processes are implemented in accordance to HR policy and procedures.Provide Training session to staff

Requirements:
Female, age between 27- 35 years old singleCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.3 years of Human Resource generalist experience, prefer in hospitality industriesGood knowledge of Employment Act, legislations dan policiesComputer literate and language proficiency in English (active)preferably experience in Payroll and PPH 21Strong focus on building relationships, confident, creative, self motivated, pro-active, and a team playerExperience in handling recruitment process or human resource management and trainingsExperience in leading and managing people development initiatives and projectsAbility to interact with employees at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and conciselyUnquestionable ability to be discreet and manage confidential informationAbility to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
