ResponsibleN for carry out day-to-day personnel administration, Human Resources data base maintenance, maintenance of employee communication, salary and employee benefits administration, and personnel administration monitoring.

Requirements:Bachelor degree in related majorThree ( 3 ) years experience as administration staff in HR Department or Finance and General Affairs at International NGOUnderstanding HR policies and HR proceduresHands on experience in Payroll and employee benefitsUnderstanding tax calculation (PPH 21)Understanding Indonesia law or regulation related staff contract, etcGood Computer skillsGood interpersonal skill and team workN Willing to travel occasionallyAll applications will be treated in confidence.
