Role and responsibilitiesTo ensure the monitoring system are implemented in all projects through activities documentation using standardized recording tools and reporting formats.N To develop MdanE tools and mechanism that enabling all program staffs to track progress, achievements, challenges, and lesson learn of all ongoing projects.To ensure complete and high quality monthly report (Country representative, Sub Recipient Monitoring Checklist); quarterly report (Quarterly Project Report, ITT and PEAF indicators sheet), as well as annual report both programmatically as and financially.To provide technical support to both ARC and PMI staffs in order to strengthen their analytical and reporting skills and also emphasizing the culture of a �utilization of information for action/ evidence based planninga t for program management purposeN To provide technical support to assist all ARC program staffs as well as to PMI staff at the head quarter, targeted chapters dan branches in conducting project evaluation (midterm and end line) and including baseline data collection at the beginning of the project.To strengthen the MdanER capacities of ARC and PMI Staffs at the head quarter targeted chapters and branches through coaching, hands on support (i.e., guidelines and inputs as well as feedback to project reports)To compile all program reports in a regular basis (i.e., quarterly or biannually) in order to provide project information required for external and internal use (i.e., power point presentation and program summaries paper, fact sheets, etc).To develop and maintain ARC project database and information dash board as well as facilitating all project team and or relevant parties to have access to the data whenever relevant both programmatic and financial.To conduct visit to project sites on regular basis to observe the project activities and provide feedback and recommendation for quality assurance of project activities and at the same time providing relevant support to field staffs.To undertake other relevant duties as might be required from time to time from supervisor.Core and functional CompetenciesDemonstrating/safeguarding ethics and integrity; self-development, initiative-takingFacilitating and encouraging open communication in the team effectivelyLearning and sharing knowledge and encourage the learning of others.Ability to identify, to package, and communicate relevant information for a variety of audiences internally and externally.N Understands and applies fundamental concepts and principles of a professional discipline or technical specialty relating to the MdanER position.6. Education:
Bachelor or Master degree in Statistic, Public Health, Management or other relevant fields of study would be desirable.
Experience:Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of development for candidates with Master Degree and 4 years for candidates with Bachelor DegreeFluency in written and spoken Ebglish as an absolute necessitySolid experience monitoring and producing high quality report of development projectsStrong knowledge and experience in project management support are essential as well as ability to draft quality report supported with graphic and statistical summariesExperience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting with a background and interest in the analysis of disaster risk reduction health and or organizational development issues and related policies matterExcellent analytical skill and advance computer skills required (particularly on Excel, SPSS, Arc View, GIS), knowledge of spreadsheet and database packageExperience in handling of web based management systems would be highly desirable Application ProcedurePlease submit your application and curriculum vitae in English not later than 21 April 2013 to recruitment--at--amredcross.org, placing the job title in the subject line and label your CV with your name (CV maksimal 200KB size).N Only short listed candidates will be notified.
