Senior Project Manager responsible to ensure project develivery to required standards within the cost, time and quality; lead regular meetings with consultants and specialist contractors; prepare reports on construction progress, and able to :
Evaluate and manage contractor or tender submissions Review shop drawing, RFI, material approval submissions Review specifications and design to provide value added input Evaluate claims and monitor variations from contractors Take the lead with the Resident Engineers to manage project implementation, implement and monitor quality assurance programs, quality acceptance and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specifications The qualifications :
