Lowongan Kerja Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit, Christian housing ministry. We seek to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make descent shelter a matter of conscience and action. In Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as the national foundation currently operates regular programs across 8 provinces and some disaster response programs.

Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking some professionals who have willingness to involve in social work or NGO to fill the following positions. Ideal candidates should be Indonesian, who are strong qualified personality with excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is an important prerequisite. All positions are located in Jakarta.

MICROCREDIT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
To assist Program Manager to perform high level portfolio management, manage micro insurance program and fund management.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a Portfolio Management PlanEstablish partner and family selection in each branch office to process and final recommendation for approval of loanMonitor portfolio management at the national levelCompile and consolidate branch portfolio, statistics, and Key Performance Indicators reportsResponsible for portfolio management and home partner databaseSupport Program Department in Housing Loan Program planning and implementationCompile and consolidate branch statistics and portfolio reportsAssist Branch Manager in Housing Loan program implementation and plan

Requirements:
Bachelora �s degree in finance management or economics from a reputable universityStrong experience in microfinance / cooperatives / rural bank implementationExperience as a credit analyst/credit reviewer/credit managerDetail oriented and committed to deadlinesOutstanding communication and be highly organizedAwareness of cross cultural issues effecting organizational developmentStrong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
