Reporting to Regional Supporter Relationship Coordinator, the Supporter Relationship Assistant is responsible to:Working closely with the Regional supporter relationship coordinator to implement supporterN communication strategies in Indonesia.Assist the regional supporter relationship coordinator on monitoring the report from telemarketing agency and help to collect and provide data as regional supporter relationship coordinator required for Indonesia communication strategy purposeAssist the regional supporter relationship coordinator to work and mantain relationship with external party (post office, TM agency, printing agency, etc) in Indonesia.Work with fundraising team to achieve annual budgets and KPI objectives by implementing supporter loyalty strategies and programsAssist the regional supporter relationship coordinator on Managing the outsourced upgrade and reactivation telemarketing programs, including daily reporting, reviewing and motivating an external agency to deliver results.Assist the regional supporter relationship coordinator for organizingN N supporter events in Indonesia.Competency Profile
