Kampus Diakoneia Modern (KDM) is a social institution assisting development of street children located in Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java, is looking or dynamic and creative individual to take up position below:

*Entrepreneur Program Project Leader*

At KDM we are currently runs some business unit. Within this business unit we are involved in some project, like Art Space, Sewing, Dokar (Pondok Karya), Design, Steel work, and Wood work. In this project, a group of KDM youngsters is involved. These youngsters will learn everything about design, and they will be learning on-the-job how to become entrepreneurs themselves. The products will ultimately be sold in Indonesia.

Qualification:Good managerial skillExcellent leadership, time management and planningHave a good sense of business (entrepreneurship)Like working with children (especially teenagers)Young spirit, creative, and willing to learnYour main responsibility is to be the contact person between KDM and our partner. As this is a new and big project, communication is a key factor to make it a success. Furthermore you will be managing the youngsters and the activity on the work-floor. You will be responsible for the safety at the workshop, you will be monitoring and managing the raw material dan packaging stock, you will be planning and assigning the work on the work floor, and you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the workshop.

You have great organizational skills and a hand on mentality (getting things done) and you dona �t run a way for unforeseen challenges. Having a helicopter view of the project is very important because a lot of small yet important things need to be managed. Of course you are keen on working with children, and especially teenagers.

Other requirements:Very good English speaking/writing skillsExcellent computer skillsWhata �s in it for you?
