Job Title : Community Development Facilitator

Base : Tuban (East Java)

Report To : Field Officer

Responsibilities:Work closely with Kopernik program management staff (Senior Project Officer, Project Officer and Field Officer) to implement and monitor project activities in Tuban (East Java) as outlined in the logical framework documentAssist Kopernik management staff in setting up tech agent and tech kiosk programs and conducting technology fairs to introduce various life-changing technologiesFacilitate trainings for local partners and beneficiaries on entrepreneurship skills, products knowledge, inventory management, marketing and data baseDevelop and maintain good relationships with MCL, local governments, local partners, community leaders, community members, media and other stakeholdersProvide updates and monitoring reports for Kopernik and project stakeholdersN Submit weekly report to the Field OfficerOther tasks required by Kopernik management staff. Requirements and qualifications:Indonesian nationalAt least 2 year working experienceN in community development programs especially in womena �s empowermentN and microfinancePossess a Bachelora �s DegreeN Fluent in English and Indonesian. Fluent in the local language of Javanese will be an advantageExtensive knowledge of the local context (local resident of Tuban or East Java is highly preferable)Positive attitude, a supportive, initiative and respectful team playerFully computer literate (word, excell, powerpoint, internet)Willingness to live and work in Tuban and travel to rural villagesMust have a valid driving license for motorcycle and possession of a motorbike will be an advantageAble to work under limited supervision. N Start Date: May 2013

Compensation: Competitive

Initial Contract: 8 Months.
