RELOCATION CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:
Our Relocation Consultants provide relocation services to our clients and their employees and families by managing a smooth transition for a relocating employee and their family members to any new location. This Consultant will act as a single point of co-ordination to provide ongoing support during the assignment, including repatriation where appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities
Ensuring that top notch service is adhered to in all dealings with clients and assignees and that clienta �s satisfaction is achievedManaging all activities, including those performed by third party suppliers related to the transfer process, the ongoing assignment and repatriation where appropriate.Carrying out the pre assignment briefing and orientation of the relocating employee based on the clienta �s policy, including compensation details where applicableProviding continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employee, maintaining regular contact throughout the scope of the engagementEnsuring pre-visit service surveys (if available) are appropriately triggered to assignee/transfereesUndertaking other tasks and special projects as requiredEnsuring that files are properly maintained (electronic and hard copy files meet standard company and client requirements) which may include scanning or filing of important documentation

Requirements:
Has experience in relocation and/or global mobility industry or hospitality background is preferablePrevious experience in a fast paced, client service and/or customer service role.Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse relocating employees and their families as well as the stress brought on by the relocation processAbility to work well within a multicultural teamKnowledge of the home sale and home buying processExcellent organization, administration and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in addition to day to day activities.Proficient in IT applications e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Fluency in speaking and writing English requiredAdditional language capabilities advantageousFlexibility in working time and a willingness to undertake additional tasks, as requiredHas positive attitude, outgoing, punctual and honestLast but not least, has a great smile.
