General Administrator or Administrative Assistant

Main Tasks:N Organize and manage all administrative tasks and activities, including managing the daily schedule of the Chairman and the CEO.N Providing general administration support required by BOS Foundation staff.N Develop and maintain good relationships with BOS Foundation internal and external staff, donors, government partners and visitors on all levels.
Administration support to the BOS Foundation Provide administrative services to the BOS Foundation including the Chairman and CEOScheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangementsMaintaining Chairman and CEOa �s calendarMaintain a comprehensive filing system for the Chairman and the CEOCoordinating and arranging the Chairman and CEOa �s visitors and personal guestsTaking minutes in meetings as requiredScreening all incoming letters, papers and documents, prioritise for action and follow upLiaison with Human Resources particularly in relation with departmental personnel and recruitment requirementsResponsible for travel arrangements (flights/ visaa �s/ accommodation) for all BOS Foundation Head Quarter staff both domestic and overseas trips and organising travel itinerariesDrafting, finalizing and distribution of letters as required by the BOS Foundation HQ and programsFiling all incoming and outgoing lettersDrafting MoUa �s when requiredCorrespondence with researchers, the BOS Foundation Scientific Advisory Board and undertaken collaborative coordination with Programa �s regarding the researcher requests / applicationsCorrespondence with guests, donors, visitors wishing to visit the BOSF HQ or programsAssisting guests with their logistics whilst staying in Indonesia (accommodation, travel, tickets, etc)Translating documents as required (Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa)Other duties and tasks as and when assignedREQUIREMENT: Graduated with a bachelors degree in any major from a reputable university or reputable academy of administrationHas a minimum of 2 (two) years experience in administrationAdvanced written and verbal English Communication skillsComputer literate in Microsoft Office and operating Internet based softwareWell organized, good attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritise tasks and work in a teamAbility to remain calm under pressure, meet deadlines and apply a good work ethicExperience in working with an NGORespect for animalsPlease submit your resume and cover letter toN yayasanbos--at--orangutan.or.id
