Responsibilities:

N N N N N N N N N Developing plan and implement sub-holdinga �s strategy for all HR management and development.
N N N N N N N N N Managing recruitment sub-holding with good qualifications and on-time.
N N N N N N N N N Managing training sub-holding both of managerial skill and technical skill.
N N N N N N N N N Managing compensation and benefit sub-holding to make sure accurate, on time and competitive with market.
N N N N N N N N N Managing employee relations sub-holding to make sure no labor strike and minimize turn over.
N N N N N N N N N Managing organization development sub-holding to make slim, de-layering and link with business objective organization.
N N N N N N N N N In charge of manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation dan benefits, performance management and employee relation.
N N N N N N N N N Develop talent and careers, including management development
N N N N N N N N N Provide overall HR leadership for the organization, both in terms of providing clear strategic direction for the function and ongoing operational support and guidance.
N N N N N N N N N Responsible for the strategic plan of human resources function.
N N N N N N N N N Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
N N N N N N N N N Interpret and advise on employment legislation.
N N N N N N N N N Develop and administer policies on different employee classifications, wage structures and related matters
N N N N N N N N N Develop policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

Requirements:
N N N N N N N N N Candidate must possess at least a Mastera �s Degree in Human Resource Management study program from reputable university and LAW
N N N N N N N N N Having 7 years of working experience as Human Resource General Manager level in big size company, especially from reputable mining, Oil dan Gas N company.
N N N N N N N N N Strong in leadership, focus, high motivation and commitment.
N N N N N N N N N Age maximum 40 years old.
