An Lowongan Kerja Thiess Contractors Indonesia (TCI) opportunity for experienced people to work on one of our Mine Projects at Satui, South Kalimantan as Plant a � Planner (852027)

PLANT - PLANNER

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, you will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of equipment strategies; Manage projects to ensure continues improvement of plant systems, processes and performance; Support Planning, engineering and system group to develop and streamline maintenance management system and process; Review, update all component and non components backlog defect; Organize workshop maintenance activities board as per update service schedule and other current maintenance activities; Establish effective and efficient component maintenance strategies for all plant equipment in order to optimize maximum utilization of plant fleet; Analyze current and past component performance and cost data; Review and develop equipment life cycle strategies and cost forecast to ensure maintenance requirement are considered; Periodically review and analyses strategic and cost performance against plan, quantify and justify change based on project and business requirement/direction; Evaluate and manage risk factor involved with maintenance strategies; Manage, audit and update model work database based on historical and forecast data;

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma Degree in Mech. Engineering; 5 years experiences in site maintenance dan planning experiences; extensive mechanical trade experience and/or; Extensive planning/engineering experience; Exposure to maintenance management tasks; Experience with component performance and cost analysis. You should have data gathering and analysis; effective report writing; computer literacy (Ms. Office and Ms. Project); understanding of heavy equipment; maintenance management philosophies, method and principles, familiar with engineering support on plant maintenance and planning related issues; high initiative; performance driven; good planning skill; capability of managing relationship and develop others; good communication skills
