QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
* Conduct market surveys to get the price of materials that will be used
* Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
* Conduct the calculation quantity of each work based on drawings
* Arranging payments and writing detailed progress reports
Requirements:
* Male or Female, Age maksimal 35 years old
* Graduated from Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Good knowledge of materials, suppliers and subcontractors
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specializing in Quantity Surveying
