Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefitsInstalling and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applicationsMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksTalking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issuesTroubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faultsProviding support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollowing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemSupporting the roll-out of new applicationsSetting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issuesResponding within agreed time limits to call-outsWorking continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one timeRapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developersTesting and evaluating new technologyConducting electrical safety checks on computer equipmentReplacing parts as required

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Network dan Security AreaExperience in Active Directory, Router, Firewall, Anti Virus, surat elektronik [surel/email] Exchange, Cisco device , Attendance SystemFamiliar in Internet connection, LAN, W-LAN, WAN and VPN environmentNetwork or Server Certified Professional is an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave a good command in English (Active)
