Responsibilities:
Do daily monitoring to ensure the stability of the supported systemTake proactive actions should therea �sany indication of system problem / instabilityDo thorough testing for deliverables from vendor to ensure zero defects before being deployed to production environmentManagequeries, issuesand complaintsfrom usersAnalyze requirements from users, create required functional design document to vendor

Requirements:
Minimum S1 from IT backgroundMinimum 3 years workingexperienceStrong knowledge in Java, Oracle database, .NET, and MS SQL ServerExperience in managing IT projects and handling applicationsGood analytical, problem solving, and decision making skillsHaving good communication skill and a team playerWilling to be placed in Jakarta
